He will compete in the Division I/II Senior All-Star Game on Friday evening at Tierney Field in at the US Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Maryland.
The long-stick defender is coming off a solid season, earning a spot on the All-Big East Second Team for his efforts. He compiled 16 groundballs and 10 caused turnovers in 14 starts this season. Marron also recorded the first goal of his career against Michigan on March 2.
He is the first player to participate in the game since 2014, when Kieran McArdle, Kevin Cernuto and Ryan Fitzgerald all represented St. John’s. Marron also becomes the 15th athlete in program history to make his way to Maryland for the contest.
