The NYPD is seeking information on a 12-year-old girl last seen getting into a dark-colored livery car with a brown suitcase in front of her home at 604 Vanderbilt Avenue in Prospect Heights. That was on Friday, November 14, at 4 p.m. when she was last seen, Julian Carrozza was wearing a blue sweater, white pants, and blue sneakers. She has long brown hair and brown eyes, and is 5’8” tall and weighs 125 pounds. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call Crimestoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
