THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU WORK FOR THE BOARD OF ED
Nightmare if it does..........
NYC Board of Education
So you are an employee of the Board of education, very nice. And happy with your job. Terrific! Nice hours, nice pay, plenty of time off, and everybody is happy, right?
Beware! This is a sad story of what happens to an employee of the board of education if he or she falls in the school and gets seriously hurt.
Most Principals, or employees are not aware of the nightmare you will endure if you should fall, get hurt in a school today. This is an awareness message for all 50,000 employees of the Board of Education.
To protect the individual, an employee of the Board of Education, the name will not be mentioned here. Rather make the over 50,000 employees aware of the consequences, the suffering, the hardship one must endure if he or she falls, slips, gets hurt on the job and ends up with injuries that make it impossible to go to work, suffer permanent damage to their bodies and lastly trying to get assistance for medical help and therapy sessions.
This is the biggest nightmare any employee must face and you can confirm this through your Union because most employees and even Principals are not aware of.
If an employee slips and falls down a flight of stairs at work, sustains permanent injuries your NIGHTMARE has just begun. It is considered Workman’s Comp. You can’t sue the Board of Education
You must instead hire a Workman Comp attorney. He must get approvals for you to go to Doctors, Surgeons, Therapy, while you are at home laying in pain. This is not a joke. This is a true story about an Employee who injured themselves at a school, after falling down a flight of stairs. This employee has been waiting since their injury almost 4 months to date to get approval to begin Physical Therapy. Injuries to the neck, shoulders and back.
You say how can this be? I am in the Union, but it be so.
Nobody thinks this could happen to them but it can. Nobody thinks the Union doesn’t protect them. And nobody thinks it is impossible to sue for injuries. But that’s not all. While the employee is home, hurt, injured, suffering in pain, the Union advised him that it may take approximately one year to get his pay while he is out injured.
That’s correct, and so if you need money for food seek help. If you need money for medication call on your family or friends. If you need to pay your rent, or mortgage payment, call your family or friends for help. Because you have entered the Black Hole that most of the Board of Education employees are not aware of.
*ALL BOARD OF EDUCATION EMPLOYEES NEED TO BEWARE OF THIS ACCIDENT OR TRAGEDY SHOULD IT OCCUR.* MAY 7, 2019 ASK YOUR UNION TO CONFIRM TOO.
UNFAIR FOR ANY EMPLOYEE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS SLOW AGONIZING PROCESS.
