Yotam Ottolenghi, author of NYTimes best-seller Plenty, and Sami Tamimi, co-owner of the Ottolenghi restaurants, were both born in Jerusalem in the same year on opposite sides of the city. The chefs will discuss their respective Jewish and Arab food traditions stemming from their upbringing in Jerusalem with Rozanne Gold, four-time James Beard Award winning chef, author and restaurateur. Rozanne was first chef to NY Mayor Ed Koch and consulting chef to the Rainbow Room and Windows on the World.
